Here’s how easy it is to sign up and use FORMED.ORG:
- Go to https://formed.org/
- Click on “Sign up as a Parishioner”
- Search for “Visitation BVM” and click the “Next” button
- Enter your personal information to create and account and click the “Sign Up” button.
